Terms & Conditions

Despite our special care and attention to expensive and delicate garments, certain items may be susceptible to damage, shrinkage, texture change, or colour loss due to the nature of the fabric, inherent defects, or prior wear and tear. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at the owner’s risk, and the firm shall not be held responsible for such outcomes arising from these conditions.

  • The firm reserves the right to use appropriate cleaning methods, including dry cleaning, chemical cleaning, or dyeing, as deemed suitable for the garment. While every reasonable care is taken, garments with inherent defects may suffer damage during processing. Where possible, necessary repairs may be carried out before returning the garment.
  • Every effort will be made to deliver garments on or before the promised date. However, the firm shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
  • All garments are accepted at the owner’s risk. The firm shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, riots, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.
  • Customers are requested to collect their garments within 10 days of notification. The firm shall not be responsible for garments not collected within 6 months.
  • In the event of loss or damage attributable to the firm, compensation shall be limited to a maximum of five times the cleaning charges for the respective garment. No claims shall be entertained in cases of fire, theft, or other uncontrollable events.
  • No employee, agent, or representative of the firm is authorised to modify or waive any of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The firm shall not be responsible for damage to prints, embellishments, or colours that may deteriorate due to the inherent quality of the fabric or design. Certain garments may not withstand standard cleaning processes due to manufacturing limitations.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
  • The company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
